Mike Stockton - Consultant in Palliative Medicine, St Gemma's Hospice Leeds.

16 - Hour outdoor Incident First Aid Course Candidate;

"Thank you for the ODIM course. Helen ran a very well structured programme covering all the basic and important elements, while adapting the material to maximise the relevance to our group. The pace was well judged, the practical simulations maintained interest and brought skills to life, and Helen illustrated the techniques with real examples, while dealing sensitively with difficult areas. I would happily and confidently recommend your courses."
Steve Goodwill - Director, Goodwill Training.

Open EFAW Course Candidates;

"Informative, interesting and extremely practical. Helen really does deliver what she promises: fun, interactive and tailored courses that are people centred and in our opinion are essential to attend. Helen's manner was extremely professional, yet her friendly approach left all on the course feeling relaxed and able to enjoy the day. We're proud to include on our website that we are both qualified appointed person first aiders and feel this will give us an edge over our competition"

Open Course Candidate;

"I was recommended on one of the first aid training courses at very short notice which helped greatly. Their flexible, versatile approach shone through at every level. The booking process was clear and everything through to administration of the practical elements of the course assessment was professionally organised and implemented. The group was made to feel at ease and promoted the learning process a great deal. Top notch service throughout and I can recommend this training course very highly to anybody who requires First Aid Instruction. Everyone from rock climbers to hospital consultants can benefit!"
James Williams - Telecoms Consultant.

Tailored Course for Clients Needs;

"For the last two years Helen has run a "tailor - made" course for my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh's Award students, as part of their service requirement for their Duke of Edinburgh Award. This has always been of an extremely high standard with a variety of teaching styles / methods. Some of the work has taken place outdoors, so that the students have a realistic learning environment - especially useful when they go out on their Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition later in the year. As a result of spaces on the course this year, we invited some of our 6th form to take part, which meant Helen was teaching a 14 - 17 age range; this did not pose any problems for Helen and was a great social experience for the students. Helen's organisational skills are brilliant and she is 100% reliable I would positively encourage schools/ Duke of Edinburgh groups/ youth groups to take advantage of this excellent First Aid Provision. It has been a valuable addition to our programme"
Jane Lambert - Garforth Community College.
